We are pleased to announce that General & Professional Liability Acceptances (Pty) Ltd (GPLA), a Lloyd’s Coverholder writing Medical Malpractice on behalf of certain Syndicates at Lloyd’s of London since 2004, has recently integrated into ONE Insurance Underwriting Managers (Pty) Ltd (ONE).

The longstanding relationship GPLA had with Lloyd’s remains unchanged and we are proud of our uninterrupted provision of Medical Malpractice Insurance over the last 19 years.
What this means is that:
- The GPLA Medical Malpractice team has been integrated into ONE
- ONE is now a Lloyds’ Coverholder and will continue to write Medical Malpractice insurance on behalf of certain Syndicates at Lloyd’s just as GPLA has been doing for the last 19 years
- The medical malpractice product offered under the banner of ONE will be called GPLA Medical Malpractice product
- ONE continues to provide a wide range of Commercial, Personal and Transport products underwritten by Mutual & Federal Risk Financing Limited (MFRF)
- ONE's existing brokers will now have easy access to the GPLA Medical Malpractice product underwritten on behalf of certain Syndicates of Lloyd’s
